A Little More About Me, Stacy

Growing up on the east coast in the small, beautiful, rural state of Vermont, I was instantly intrigued after a short visit with friends to the massively diverse state of California. After graduating college in New Hampshire, I moved out to San Diego, knowing just a handful of people here. I braved this new environment and have grown so much in the past 12 years since moving here. I've lived in various parts of San Diego county, met all kinds of new people (including my now husband), have adopted 2 beautiful golden retrievers, and have had a few different amazing jobs.
I knew after receiving my yoga certification that I wanted to become a yoga instructor, I just wasn't sure exactly how. When the public health crisis hit and I was laid off, I knew it was a sign to launch my own business and to help others stay positive, and on track with their own practice. By offering yoga classes I am able to help all levels of students. I look forward to learning about you and bonding as we explore the teachings of yoga and practice together.
