I am not a habitual yoga guy, but I thought Stacy's class was great. I was flipping through Nextdoor and saw her post so I thought I would give it a whirl.  Stacy's instructions are clear and concise, which is fantastic because it means we don't have to look at the screen constantly to see what she is doing.

I have always wanted to take yoga but I was always nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. When Covid started and the gyms started to close, Stacy was doing yoga virtually so I decided to give it a try. I was so glad when I did! She really has an awesome way of making you feel comfortable and going through the flow in a way true beginners will even be able to follow along with. I really began to enjoy it and it made me feel so much better. Her music choice is awesome as well! I live in South Carolina and she lives in California but I wish I was closer because I would LOVE to be able to take her class in person! 100% recommend her!

I'd consider myself more a beginner than intermediate (been doing yoga off and on for the last 2 years) and I find that I can follow Stacy's class better than other classes I've taken in the past. Stacy’s instructions are clear and delivered in a way that she'll get you through beginning to end. Stacy's classes have a warm, friendly and welcoming vibe. I like that her classes are easily accessible live and online. The sessions are a great place that allow me to push myself and get a real good sweat. Stacy gives easy options to adjust for that in her class. After taking her class I feel good and invigorated for the rest of the day. If you are lucky - Stacy's dog, Zoe, will come by and join the class.

Stacy's courses are very accessible for all levels but at the same time still leave you feeling like you got a great yoga session. I like the way she structures her courses so that you gradually warm up to get to some of the more challenging poses, finishing with core and balance and some relaxing breathing.

I can't say enough amazing things about Stacy's yoga classes! I look forward to practicing with her 2-3 times a week and have noticed an overall improvement in my fitness. Her flows are a great balance of stretching, strength and technique. She is an excellent motivator who also knows how to make yoga light and fun... How does she always know I had a glass of rosè and a treat the night before too? ;) I always end her classes feeling better than when I started. Thank you Stacy!

Can not say enough great things about Stacy and her yoga practice. I've taken yoga classes in the past but could never connect to it and decided to give it another try by taking one of the Stacy’s classes. After several sessions, I've started noticing that my back pain has decreased and Stacy’s teaching style is exactly what I need for my body.
